Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21

These terms are an agreement between you and AIRRBridge ("AIRRBridge", "we", "our" or "us") for using airrbridge.com and everything we offer there. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and AI and Results Disclaimer are part of these terms. You agree to them before you make a purchase, sign in or use the free resume builder. If you don't agree, please don't use those services.

1. Who can use AIRRBridge

You must be at least 16 to use AIRRBridge, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you'll use AIRRBridge only for your own career planning.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure, because anyone who can open it can sign in as you. Tell us at support@airrbridge.com right away if you think someone else has used your account. Purchases, reports and tailoring credits belong to the account that bought them and can't be transferred to someone else.

3. Purchases and prices

  • Every product is a one-time purchase in U.S. dollars at the price shown when you check out. There are no recurring charges.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
  • "Lifetime access" to the Resume Builder means access for as long as you keep your account and AIRRBridge offers the Resume Builder. If we ever stop offering it, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and a way to download your resume.
  • The Resume Builder includes 3 AI-tailored variations. Each one uses a credit when it is saved, and an AI request that fails never uses one. Credits have no cash value.
  • VIP Done-for-you is delivered 3 to 5 business days after we receive your complete intake. We'll tell you right away if we need anything more from you.
  • All sales are final. If something goes wrong on our end, such as a bug, a delivery that fails or a duplicate charge, we'll fix it or refund you. The Refund Policy has the details.

4. What our scores and reports are

AIRRBridge scores describe how exposed an occupation's tasks are to AI, using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and O*NET along with our own published method on How We Score. An exposure score is not a prediction that you or anyone in that occupation will lose a job. Our reports, career paths and resume suggestions are information to help you plan. They are not legal, financial or professional career counseling advice, and they don't guarantee any job, interview, salary or outcome. You decide what to do with them.

The same applies to VIP Done-for-you packets. A career trajectory plan is a suggested trajectory only, salary and market figures are published averages for reference, and an interview prep guide is for your personal preparation. None of them guarantees any result. You're responsible for reviewing every document and making sure it is accurate before you use it. Our AI and Results Disclaimer is part of these terms and has the details.

5. AI suggestions

Some features use AI to write report text and suggest resume wording. AI can make mistakes. Every suggestion is yours to accept, change or ignore, and you're responsible for making sure your resume is true and accurate before you send it to anyone.

6. Your content

What you add to AIRRBridge, such as your resume, answers and intake, stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy only as needed to provide the services to you. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it. You confirm you have the right to share what you add, and that it doesn't include anyone else's private information without their permission.

7. Fair use

Please don't:

  • use AIRRBridge to break any law or to mislead an employer with false information;
  • try to get into accounts, data or systems that aren't yours, or test, probe or disrupt our security;
  • copy, scrape or resell our scores, reports, pages or software, or use them to build a competing service;
  • use automated tools to make requests, or get around limits such as daily AI help or tailoring credits; or
  • upload anything harmful, such as malware, or content that is abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close an account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund what you paid for anything you can no longer use.

8. What's ours

The AIRRBridge name, site, software, scoring method, written content and designs belong to AIRRBridge and are protected by law. You may use your own reports and resume however you like. Otherwise, these terms don't give you any right to our name or materials.

9. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep AIRRBridge accurate and available, but the services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the services will be uninterrupted or error free. Labor market data changes, and our scores reflect the data and method in use when they were calculated.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, AIRRBridge won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, wages, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim about the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Your responsibility to us

If you break these terms or the law while using AIRRBridge, or submit content you didn't have the right to share, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that result for AIRRBridge.

12. Ending use

You can stop using AIRRBridge and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@airrbridge.com. Sections 4 and 8 through 14 continue to apply after your account ends.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please email support@airrbridge.com so we can try to resolve it, and give us 30 days to do so. Any claim that isn't resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Either side may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the version and effective date above. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site and ask you to agree to the new version before you continue to use the services that need agreement. Changes never apply to a purchase you already made in a way that takes away what you paid for.
