Review and Testimonial Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
Reviews only help people if they are genuine. This Policy describes how AIRRBridge collects, checks and publishes reviews and testimonials.
1. What we publish
- Reviews from people who used AIRRBridge, or the professional resume writing practice from which it grew, describing their own experience.
- Positive, mixed and negative reviews alike. We do not suppress or delay a review because of its rating or because it criticizes us.
2. What we remove
We remove only content that is spam, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or off-topic, that contains another person's private information, or that appears to be fake or written by someone with a conflict of interest. We apply these standards in the same way regardless of a review's rating.
3. Editing
We do not edit reviews, except to remove personal information such as telephone numbers or email addresses, which we mark as removed.
4. Incentives and relationships
We do not pay for reviews or condition any incentive on a positive review. If a reviewer received something of value in connection with a review, such as a discount, gift or free product, we disclose that on the review. We do not publish reviews written by our team, their family members or anyone we compensate, and we do not buy or sell reviews.
5. Testimonials
Testimonials on our site are shared with each client's permission and reflect that client's honest experience. Many come from clients of the professional resume writing practice from which AIRRBridge grew, and we identify them as resume clients. We show first names and last initials to protect privacy. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
6. Your review, your choice
You may ask us to remove or update your review at any time by contacting support@airrbridge.com. Your email address is never published.
This Policy is intended to follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rule on consumer reviews and testimonials and its Endorsement Guides.
