Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 · Version 2026-10-22
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how AIRRBridge ("AIRRBridge," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains and safeguards personal information in connection with the website located at airrbridge.com and the products and services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By making a purchase, signing in, using the free resume builder, or requesting free AI risk check results by email, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use those Services.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to provide the Services you request, as follows:
- Account information: your email address, which is used to authenticate you by means of a single-use sign-in link.
- Transaction information: the product purchased, the amount, the date and the transaction reference issued by our payment processor. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor; AIRRBridge does not receive or store full payment card numbers.
- Information you submit: information you provide to use a product, including your occupation and responses to assessment questions; your current role, experience, skills and preferences for a career pivot report; the contents of your resume and any job descriptions you submit; and, for VIP Done-for-you, your intake, correspondence with our team and the documents we prepare for you.
- Free AI risk check requests: if you ask us to email your free AI risk check results, your email address, the occupation you checked, its score at the time and the date of your request.
- Consent and communication records: a record of your agreement to this Policy and our Terms of Service (your email address, the versions agreed to, and the date, time and place of agreement), your email preferences, and a record of the emails we send you.
- Correspondence: communications you send us, including privacy requests.
- Technical information: information automatically received by our hosting infrastructure when you access the Services, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to deliver and secure the Services, and strictly necessary cookies that maintain your signed-in session. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking technologies.
Free Resume Builder. Information you enter into the free resume builder is stored locally in your browser on your device and is not transmitted to or stored by AIRRBridge. Clearing your browser data deletes it. If you elect to add the Human Review Seal, the name on your resume is transmitted to AIRRBridge solely to generate the seal's verification code and is not stored.
Human Review Seal. A resume that carries the Human Review Seal includes a verification code containing the name on the resume and the date the seal was issued. Any person who has the code can view that name and date, and who reviewed the resume, on our verification page. We do not retain a copy of a sealed resume in order to provide this verification.
Sensitive information. The Services do not require, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information such as a Social Security number, government identification number, financial account information, health information, or information concerning race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or immigration status.
2. How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate and maintain the Services, including authenticating you, processing transactions and delivering your reports, resume and VIP documents;
- to send transactional communications, such as sign-in links, receipts, report links and order updates;
- to send reminders relating to products you have purchased, which you may decline at any time;
- to send free AI risk check results you request and, unless you decline them, notices when the score for an occupation you checked changes;
- to send promotional communications, only where you have affirmatively opted in;
- to secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems; and
- to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. AI exposure scores describe occupations, not individuals.
3. Artificial intelligence features
Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate suggestions, such as report narratives and resume wording. When you use such a feature, the information required for that feature is processed by a third-party AI service provider acting on our behalf, solely to generate output for you. Our agreements with such providers prohibit them from using your information to train their models, from selling it, and from using it for any purpose other than providing their services to AIRRBridge. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to AI providers.
AI-generated output is provided as a suggestion only. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any content before you use it.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We engage carefully selected third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf, including hosting, data storage, authentication, payment processing, email delivery and AI processing. Such providers receive only the personal information necessary to perform their functions, are contractually required to protect it, and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may also disclose personal information:
- where required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other legal process;
- where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of AIRRBridge, our customers or others; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the personal information will remain subject to this Policy.
5. Email communications
Transactional emails are a necessary part of the Services and will be sent regardless of your preferences. Every reminder and promotional email contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately and does not require you to sign in. You may also manage your preferences in My AIRRBridge or by contacting support@airrbridge.com. If an email to you is returned as undeliverable or reported as unsolicited, we will cease sending you any email other than transactional email.
6. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that restrict each customer to their own records, and limitation of internal access to personnel who require it. Our emails link to your reports and documents rather than containing their contents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, as follows:
- account information, reports, resumes and VIP documents: for the life of your account;
- transaction records: seven years, as required for tax and accounting purposes, including after account deletion;
- free AI risk check requests: until you ask us to delete them;
- consent and unsubscribe records: for as long as necessary to demonstrate and honor them;
- records of emails sent: two years; and
- correspondence and privacy requests: three years.
Upon a verified request to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify all other personal information within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request that we:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and provide a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements;
- cease sending you non-transactional email; and
- provide information about how your personal information is used.
To submit a request, email support@airrbridge.com from the address associated with your account. We will acknowledge your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days, which may be extended as permitted by law. We may require reasonable verification of your identity before acting on a request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with your written authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under that law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by law. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid opt-out request.
Residents of other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have comparable rights, including the right to appeal our decision regarding a request. To appeal, reply to our decision or email support@airrbridge.com with "Appeal" in the subject line.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. We process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you; your consent, in the case of promotional email, which you may withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interests in operating secure and reliable Services. You also have the rights to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International transfers
AIRRBridge is based in the United States, and personal information is processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, subject to appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time. Amendments take effect upon posting, as reflected in the version and effective date above. Where an amendment is material, we will provide notice by email or through the Services and require your agreement to the amended Policy before you continue to use the Services that require agreement.
12. Contact
